Veronica's YOGA VENUES
Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Therapy Classes and Yoga Teacher Training are organised in the UK at Veronica's Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School which is known as YogaInTheBay. The school is based in Veronica's light and airy yoga studio, which is dedicated to the practice of yoga. It is fully equipped with mats, blocks, belts, cushions etc, in fact, everything you will need to support your yoga practice. The studio opens onto a private courtyard garden, with its water feature and arbour, and is complete with its own labyrinth. This serene yoga space provides the perfect opportunity for practice outdoors, weather permitting, and the labyrinth is a most stimulating tool to bring new dimensions and greater depth to your meditation.
The studio is located in a clifftop village just to the east of Dover, Kent, in the United Kingdom. It is some twenty minutes from the Channel Tunnel and even less from the Dover Ferry and Cruise Liner ports, and the Dover Train and Bus Stations making it easily accessible from the Continent.
The studio is situated in a private house with has stunning views across the English Channel, with the French coast and the town of Calais often in clear view. This is an area surrounded by National Trust land with many peaceful cliff top, seaside, and country walks. There are many ideal spots where you can practice yoga and meditation. It is a wonderful habitat in which to immerse oneself in the study and practice of the yoga tradition.
